Who We Are
iKids Preschool got its start in Miami in 2013 by Paulette Molina. She decided to do things a bit differently at iKids Preschool by creating a safe, nurturing and enriching space for children aged infants to 4 years old to explore the world around them, learn and grow.
Our innovative approach gives children the brightest and most positive start in life as we encourage exploration and discovery as well as emotional intelligence and building friendships.

Continuous communication with parents
A partnership with parents helps ensure we provide the best possible care experience. We use Procare Engage to help you stay a part of your baby’s daily care. We often provide updates on their mealtimes, play and learning throughout the day.
Daily time outside
Your baby will connect with the outdoors every day in our multifunctional dirt and turf area, surrounded by beautiful pack trees. They will receive their daily dose of sunlight and participate in sensory activities.

Merging Teaching and Childcare

Paulette Molina - Owner
Paulette Molina, a compassionate and dedicated mother of three children who has a remarkable background in the field of nursing. Graduating with a Bachelor of Nursing from Barry University, Paulette devoted several years to practicing nursing, demonstrating her caring nature and commitment to the well-being of others. Paulette's journey in the field of childcare started during her college years when she worked at a preschool.
Little did she know that her passion for providing quality early education and childcare services would be ignited during that time. Years later, when Paulette found herself looking for an affordable preschool for her two-year-old child, she recognized the scarcity of accessible and high-quality child care options for working parents. Fate intervened when she crossed paths with the owner of the very preschool she had worked at during college. Sensing an opportunity to make a difference, Paulette took the bold step to purchase the preschool. Paulette's vision was clear - to establish a safe, nurturing, and enjoyable environment for children, where parents could have peace of mind. As a working mother herself, she understood the challenges and needs of other working parents, and she was determined to meet those needs.
Over the years, Paulette's dedication to the field has grown. She now owns two childcare centers in the Miami area, providing countless families with reliable and affordable early childhood education and care. Her role as a business owner extends beyond the administrative aspects; she is a source of inspiration for her employees, encouraging them to be the best versions of themselves.Paulette's love and admiration for the field of early childhood education continue to flourish, and she remains committed to the pursuit of excellence in every aspect of her work.
Sandra Garcia - Director
My name is Sandra Garcia, I'm a wife and mother of 3 handsome boys. We are a baseball family, and we spent a lot of our free time on the baseball field.I began my journey in Early Childhood Education at 20 years old. As a teacher I spent majority of my time in the classroom building lasting relationships with families and aiding in the growth and development of all the children I had in my classroom.
After 10 years as a teacher, I moved forward with my career as a Preschool Director. I hold my Director Credential in Early Childhood Education and I'm working on obtaining my Early Childhood Education Administrator Certificate.In addition to my role as a Preschool Director, I am actively involved in community initiatives that promote early childhood education. I have organized workshops for parents and caregivers, emphasizing the importance of early literacy, social-emotional development, and parental involvement in a child's education.
Working with children is my passion, and I'm looking forward to making a positive impact on the preschool-aged children enrolled in iKids Preschools.
